I had a wonderful 5-star fine dining experience at Sorrel! Sorrel offers a 4-course tasting menu accompanied with 4-wine pairings that have been carefully selected with each course for optimal flavor. Each dish is beautifully crafted.
It was my privilege to work with Executive Chef Alexander Hong and partner Brennan Corbin to take photos of their elegant and refreshingly unique dishes as well as the action shots of the chef in the kitchen.
