11/8/14 (Saturday): Japanese Tea Garden in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco
11/9/14 (Sunday): Stow Lake in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco (meeting point is Stow Lake Chinese Pavilion)
12/6/14 (Saturday): Palace of Fine Arts, San Francisco (meeting point is under the dome)
Good for Family, Children, Engagement, Maternity & Senior Portraits
Fees: $250
Includes:
- Family portrait session with up to 5 family members. Additional family member is $25 each
- 45 minute session to capture as many images as we possibly can
- 25 + edited high resolution digital images
- Password protected online gallery: You can order prints, holiday cards, T-shirts, mugs and etc directly through our online gallery
How to sign up:
- Pay the payment online via this page to secure your time slot. You don't need PayPal account to pay. If you pay the payment using the name other than your name, please point it out to me in the email.
- Send me an email with your selected time slot (see below). Email address: [email protected]. Please provide the following information in the email: (1) number of people in the photo session (2) your children's age and name (3) your contact phone#. I will send you a confirmation within 24 hours. Call me @ 415-307-9634 if you have not heard from me within 24 hours after you have sent me an email.

More information about your photo session:
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure everyone is ready
- Your session will last 45 minutes and include a mix of family group photos as well as candid moments
- Feel free to bring your children’s favorite toys, hats, headbands, hair clips and tutus to help ensure a personal experience
- Please dress your family as uniform as possible to express your families unity. Clothes should compliment, not compete. Simple is best. Avoid patterns, stripes, dots, checks, paisley, text or logos
- Your fully edited photos will be ready to view and download 2 days after the session in your own proofing gallery on our web site
- You will receive your photos in a password protected online gallery where you can download the photos as well as share your photos with family & friends
- If the weather prevents us from photographing (e.g. rains heavily), I will reschedule another time for photo session or I will refund the fees

Terms and Conditions
1. Payment. The Client shall make a full payment to retain Fiona Chan Photography to perform the services specified herein.
2. Cancellation. If the Client shall cancel this Agreement, the payment is non-refundable.
3. Copyright and Reproductions. Fiona Chan Photography shall own the copyright in all images created. Fiona Chan Photography shall only make reproductions for the Client or for Fiona Chan Photography’s portfolio, samples, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests, art exhibitions or editorial use. If Fiona Chan Photography desires to make other uses, Fiona Chan Photography shall not do so without first obtaining the written permission of the Client.
4. Client’s Usage. The Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell prints. If Client is obtaining a print for reproduction for publication, Client shall request that a credit for Fiona Chan Photography be placed adjacent to the photograph on publication, but shall have no liability if the publication refuses or omits to do so. The Client is granted a Non-Exclusive License to use the digital images for their own non-commercial purposes, such as printing, electronic messaging, exchange with friends and relatives, or display on the Internet.
5. Failure to Perform. If Fiona Chan Photography cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s illness, then Fiona Chan Photography shall return the payment to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Fiona Chan Photography. In the event Fiona Chan Photography fails to perform for any other reason, Fiona Chan Photography shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the contract price stated herein.
